The Scholarship Program administers multiple named scholarship and award funds according to the intentions of the individuals or organizations that endowed them. Below is a concise description of each fund and the application requirements. Note: the application deadline for all scholarships is February 1.

VSAC manages more than 150 scholarships (unless a specific award states otherwise, they are for Vermont residents). If you plan to enroll in college or training in 2026–2027, note that the deadline for VSAC-administered scholarships is February 11, 2026.

Builders' Association Scholarships

Established in 1992, the Builders Scholarship Foundation uses investment earnings from its scholarship endowment to fund awards for outstanding students pursuing careers in the construction industry within the association’s service area (Missouri, Kansas, and nearby regions). Thanks to generous contributions from members, the endowment has grown to more than $1,000,000. The Foundation currently offers the following 28 named scholarships:

MERCK Animal Health Veterinary Student Scholarship
