Cheshire County Farm Bureau Scholarship
Scholarship Sponsored by New Hampshire Farm Bureau Federation
The Cheshire County Farm Bureau is extending an opportunity for scholarship funding to residents of Cheshire County who are engaged in post-secondary education. The scholarship is open to all students, regardless of age, who are enrolled in a post-high school program. The only requirement is that the applicant or their family must be members of the Cheshire County Farm Bureau. Even previous recipients of this scholarship are encouraged to apply again.
This scholarship opportunity is particularly aimed at Cheshire County residents who are pursuing a college education in an agriculture-related field. Such individuals can apply for the scholarship annually for each year they are enrolled in college. Applicants are required to submit their most recent semester transcripts, re-enrollment details, and a single letter of recommendation. Note that unlike first-time applicants, they are not required to provide three additional references.
The selection process for the scholarship will be based on several factors. These include the applicant's participation in community and Farm Bureau activities, their academic performance, the quality of their references, and their financial need. However, a special preference will be given to those applicants who are involved in studies related to agriculture.
